You are enough even when your relationships aren’t as happy or as easy as you feel like they ought to be. You are enough even when your hair isn’t fixed, your skin is sagging or wrinkled, or your stomach isn’t flat.

You are enough even if you haven’t made 100 masks, or even 10. You are enough even if you aren’t perfecting the art of baking, adopting a new puppy, or training for a 10 K during this quarantine. You are enough even if you feel like you have failed at the past 8 weeks, your home is a wreck, and you are short tempered with everyone you are around.

You are YOU. Created just as you are, just as you needed to be. You fill a role and a place in this universe that no one else can hold. Our world would be less beautiful without you in it.

Through our whole lives, we have been taught to be sugar, but have you ever tasted a cookie made without salt? It is lacking. Be salt my friends. Unapologetically yourself, in a way that enhances the things you are a part of.
